Electrical support for landlords and letting agents
Inspection, repairs and remedial work
Arrange an EICR, investigate tenant-reported faults or plan work identified in a report. Send the existing report where available so we can understand the observations before quoting. An inspection price does not automatically include every remedial repair.
Coordinate access with the occupier
Provide the full postcode, property type, tenant or agent access arrangements and any restrictions. Testing requires access to circuits and accessories and involves power interruptions. Confirm appointments with the occupier before attendance.
Reports and remedial records
For rental homes within the English regulations, inspections are required at least every five years or sooner if specified. C1, C2 and FI findings require appropriate action; C3 is a recommendation for improvement. Supply reports and remedial confirmations according to the applicable landlord requirements.
A useful quotation request
Include the last EICR, tenancy timing, number of properties, known faults and photographs of the closed consumer unit. We can separate inspection, agreed remedial work and additional installations so you can authorise a clear scope.
